For example, employees who join our Safety or Grassroots Committees can share their ideas and know that their voice will be heard. They can be confident that their issues will be discussed, any concerns will be addressed, and in many cases, solutions will be implemented. In fact, our Grassroots Committee implemented 70 projects in 2017.
