Mead, CO – May 23, 2019 – Boulder Scientific, a specialty chemical company, will serve as a sponsor for the 11th Annual Wild Night for Wildlife, a fundraiser for the Greenwood Rehabilitation Center. Based in Longmont, the nonprofit Center is devoted to the rehabilitation and release of orphaned, injured and sick wildlife.

Slated for September 20, 2019, Wild Night for Wildlife will be held at the University Corporation for Atmosphere Research Event Center in Boulder. Boulder Scientific is contributing $2,500 for the event, which serves as the largest source of support for Greenwood’s programs. The organization is the largest wildlife rehabilitation center of its kind in Colorado, treating more than 3,600 mammals, birds and waterfowl representing over 200 different wildlife species annually.

Greenwood also provides outreach programs for audiences of all ages regarding rehabilitation and humane solutions to human-wildlife conflicts. In 2018, the nonprofit cared for more than 3,600 animals provided education and outreach to 7,000 community members.
