Chief Executive Officer

Rich Preziotti joined the Boulder Scientific Company team as Chief Executive Officer in July 2021. He brings a wealth of experience within the Specialty Chemicals industry. He was the President & CEO of Vertellus Specialties for more than ten years and he spent many years working for Honeywell International (formerly Allied Signal) and ultimately became the Vice President/General Manager of Chemicals & Fluorine Products.

Rich was also a SVP & President of Performance Additives at SI Group and he has been an advisor to private equity firms regarding new chemicals transactions as well as their portfolio companies. Rich is trained as an electrical engineer and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Chief Financial Officer

Jason joined Bouder Scientific in April 2024 bringing over 25 years of chemical industry experience. As CFO, Jason has responsibilities for Accounting, Finance and IT.

Prior to joining Boulder Scientific, Jason served as CFO for Alexium, an Australian publicly traded company specializing in phase change materials and flame retardants. Before this he spent 22 years at ArrMaz, a private equity held global specialty chemical company. Jason has held positions in accounting/finance, marketing, and operations. He has an MBA from Florida Southern College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Chief Operations Officer

Lee joined Boulder Scientific in January 2020 bringing over 25 years of progressive senior leadership experience in the Fine Chemicals, Engineered Materials, and Pharmaceutical industries. In his current role with Boulder Lee leads Manufacturing, Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Process & Project Engineering.

Prior to joining Boulder Scientific Lee was named Executive Officer and Vice President, Operations and Engineering at Private Equity owned Ampac Fine Chemicals, headquartered in Rancho Cordova, CA. His main focus with AFC revolved around operational excellence, OEE, and intra-company site efficiencies and flexibility in a GMP environment. Lee was the former Vice President, Global Operations at W.R. Grace headquartered in Columbia, MD accountable for Manufacturing, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security, Quality, Productivity, and Process & Capital Project Engineering. Lee started his career with Ferro Corporation holding roles of increasing responsibility within the company including Process and Production Engineer, Supply Chain Director, Procurement Manager, Plant Manager, Business Director and Global Operations Director.

Lee earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Cain Department of Chemical Engineering at Louisiana State University and his MBA in the Flores Executive Education program also from Louisiana State University.

Chief Commercial Officer

Jim Giolitto joined Boulder Scientific as Chief Commercial Officer in June 2022. In this role, he will lead the company’s Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support teams.

Prior to joining Boulder Scientific, Jim served as Vice President, Specialty Chemicals and Materials Sales for Entegris, leading engagement in diverse markets including catalysts, life sciences, semiconductor materials and aerospace. He previously led Entegris’ Advanced Deposition Business unit providing ALD/CVD precursors to the semiconductor industry. Earlier in his career, Jim held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in engineering, sales and business management at Air Products and Chemicals.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of California San Diego.
